Here is my second video using Toon Boom. I think I did way better on the lip syncing and I really worked to make the video less static…having the fish swim around and show up in different angles. Now, I use a combination of Toon Boom and Adobe Premiere…not sure you could really do editing in Toon Boom so if you want to do animation you will also need video editing software too.

Here is a new video where I actually had to learn Toon Boom to animate it. Toon Boom is fairly easy, but like any new program, just way too much to learn. Lip syncing has to be done by hand, even though Toon Boom has a feature to do this for you, it doesn’t do a great job.

The host for Drawing Halloween with Letters, Vincent Van Ghoul was inspired by the Crypt Keeper from HBO’s Tales From the Crypt. I grew up watching that show every Saturday night.
